SHIPPING AND RETURNS

My Modern Shop uses FedEx and USPS for domestic shipping. Standard domestic shipping rates apply. Currently, My Modern Shop does not offer international shipping, however we expect to offer international shipping in the near future.

Inquiries about exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days from the date your print was marked delivered. My Modern Shop strives to make the buying experience a pleasant and enjoyable one and will work with you on a case by case basis to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our prints.

If your print was damaged, defective or is the incorrect item, we will gladly replace or refund the item. As part of the refund, we require that you return the defective or wrong item for us to refund or replace.  We will reimburse you for the return shipping cost however the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
